Hello Laura and Johnny!

It was a pleasure meeting you and your family today. And thank you so much for the generous tour! I had a good time and felt very welcome.

After I left your office, I stopped at another business to purchase a CO2 canister for our Sidecar Kegerator. And when I arrived, no one looked at me. No one acknowledged me. No one ever SPOKE to me! I had to interrupt them by saying “excuse me, are you able to help me with something”? And I immediately thought to myself.. “Clearly, I’m not at Custompromos anymore”!!

Anyway, it was a pleasure doing business with you. I already have ideas for my next big purchase for the band. I’d like to get that really nice “soft-shell” jacket I saw for members only. And I’d like to work with Michelle to help me with a little extra design. I know you told me $50 for the jacket with embroidery, but I think I may go a little bigger with the design and a few other details, so we will have to work out another price, I’m sure.

I am attaching a few more Sidecar files with our artwork for your records. We can use these for printing other promotional merchandise in the future.
